A new order is in the early stages of labor, causing ripples of contraction throughout the world. An old order is in its death throws, and there are personal and collective repercussions. We would do well to contemplate our inner and outer lives, to look to our patterns and behaviors, to loosen our grip and open our hands and hearts...

When we go into the dark time of the year, our consciousness shifts and we have the opportunity to explore and heal our hidden wounds and shadows -  all the times that “make or break” us. Or is it break and make us?

Dreams are direct communications from/with our souls. If we are attentive, they’ll show us the way home to our essential self. They’ll put up sign posts to show us the way home. They’ll even point out the pits and traps that could harm or hinder our journey through waking life. And more, they’ll provide solutions to problems and ways out of the mess. 

As the Full Moon in Aries ripens, release the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs; open to healing possibilities, open to the True You, bright and full.

Equinox is upon us. It will be exact on September 22 at 6:55pm PDT when the Sun moves into Libra, the sign of balance and harmony. Day and night will be equal, harmonizing light and dark and enhancing that liminal non-dual space betwixt and between!

The full moon in Pisces blurs the edges of reality, softening the border between truth and fantasy, known and Unknown, seen and Unseen....dissolving illusions and revealing Mysteries to those who have ears to hear and eyes to see...

The essence of this time of year is joy grounded in a foundational understanding that all things come to an end, so let’s in-joy the moment here and now. Let this time support you in clearing away the weeds and brambles that are choking the life force and tangling you up in confusion, distraction, and overwhelm. Step into the golden light of late summer and feel yourself in connection to the Land and All That Is.
